CIA Bootleg Manila teamed up once again with LifeLab, Personal Collection’s in-house innovation team, to launch ELT Camp 2.0: Innovation Challenges — a bold, year-round platform that embeds innovation into the heart of leadership. With at least 4 real-world innovation challenges scheduled across the year, this next-gen camp empowers 40 Expanded Leadership Team (ELT) members to not only manage the business — but to reimagine it.

A Year-Round Creativity Platform for Personal Collection’s Leaders
Following the success of the 2024 ELT Innovation Camp, CIA Bootleg Manila designed the ELT Camp 2.0 to bring structured creativity into the highest levels of leadership. Spanning multiple challenges across the year, the program mobilizes ELT leaders from marketing, R&D, operations, HR, and more — turning everyday management into high-impact innovation work.
Each Innovation Challenge is co-developed by LifeLab and Bootleg to tackle PC’s most urgent priorities — from reigniting belief in product superiority to rethinking org design, brand love, and even expansion strategies.
Each challenge is framed as a real business case, requiring ELT teams to apply both creativity and strategic acumen under time pressure.
🧠 Innovation Challenges as Capability-Builders
Each challenge is a 1-day innovation sprint that includes:
• Strategic Briefing
• Bootleg-led Creativity Workshops
• Fieldwork and Consumer/Dealer Immersions
• Ideation and Pitch Prototyping
• Live Presentations to Top Executives
👥 Cross-Functional Teaming
ELT members are grouped into diverse, cross-department teams — ensuring different functions collide and collaborate. Teams are rotated with each new challenge to reinforce agility and creativity.
🔥 Challenge 1: Product Superiority
The first challenge reimagined how PC can bring its product superiority story to life — from new demo kits and selling tools, to more engaging ways to educate and inspire dealers. The results were big, bold, and brand-specific — covering top PC products like Sof, Check, Alert, and Tuff.
Bootleg’s full engagement includes:
• Co-design of ELT Camp 2.0 strategy with PC’s LifeLab
• Creativity tools and innovation coaching for all challenges
• Fieldwork planning and facilitation for each ELT team
• Sprint management, idea refinement, and pitch support
ELT Camp 2.0 turns leadership into a living lab. It equips PC’s top leaders with the creative confidence and collaborative mindset to challenge norms, prototype new solutions, and lead the future — not just manage the present.
At PC, innovation isn’t delegated — it’s owned by leadership.
